Father, let us all remember
Every animal You made.
Fish and fur and bird and reptile
Figure in Your Grand Parade.
Grant us patience, understanding.
Let compassion never fade.
Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Father, let us stop all cruelty,
May we follow in Your wake.
We must help them for they need us.
Show us Lord, the path to take.
Might we always fight their cause and
Love all creatures for Your sake.
Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Father, let us give them justice.
Grant that there will be one day
Love and trust through all Creation,
No more fear, and that we may
Treat all animals with kindness.
We shall learn You are the Way.
