My dear brothers and sisters…
Welcome back.
Today, I invite you to slow down…just for a moment…
Take a deep breath with me…
(inhale)…and exhale.
Let go of control… just for this moment.
Today, we are reflecting on a sacred truth:
Miracles do not happen when we force life…they happen when we surrender to God.
1. The Illusion of Control
So many of us…
are trying to control everything.
We want to control outcomes…people…timing…
Even God’s plan.
But Jesus Christ teaches us something very different.
He teaches us to pray:
“Thy will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.” (Matthew 6:10)
Not my will…but Thy will.
[Softer tone]
And yet…
how often do we truly live that prayer?
Or do we secretly say…
“God, let my will be done… in my timing…”
2. Trusting God’s Divine Order
The Psalmist tells us:
“The righteous person may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all.”
Even when things fall apart…Even when life makes no sense…
God is still working.
You may only see confusion…but God sees the whole tapestry.
And this truth…
does not apply only to humans.
It applies to all creation.
3. The Groaning of Creation
Scripture tells us:
“The earth…crying up to the gates of heaven.” (1 Enoch 9:10)
“How the beasts groan!” (Joel 1:18)
Not just people.
The whole earth.
Animals included.
The lamb…the piglet…the birds…
All suffering under human violence…
All waiting…for liberation.
So if we truly trust God…
we must align with His compassion.
Not just in words…but in how we live.
4. Surrender Is Strength
Surrender is not weakness.
It is power.
Even our Lord, in His deepest moment of anguish, prayed:
“Not my will… but Thine be done.” (Luke 22:42)
That is strength.
That is faith.
That is trust.
When you surrender…
you stop fighting life…
and you begin walking with God.
5. God’s Timing Is Perfect
Many of us ask:
“Why is this taking so long?”
But listen carefully…
God’s timing is not delay.
It is perfection.
“To everything there is a season.” (Ecclesiastes 3:1)
The seed does not rush.
The dawn does not hurry.
And neither should you.
6. The River of God
Now… imagine this…
You are standing beside a great river.
A river of light…a river of peace…
This river is the Spirit of God.
You can stand on the edge…holding tightly to fear…
Or…
you can step in…
and let God carry you.
“He leadeth me beside the still waters.” (Ps 23:2)
7. Letting Go
In your hands…
are heavy stones.
Fear.Control.Worry.
These were never yours to carry.
So today…
let them go.
Give them to God.
“Cast thy burden upon the Lord…” (Ps 55:22)
And feel…
your heart becoming lighter.
8. Living in Divine Compassion
True surrender to God…
means surrendering violence.
It means surrendering domination…
It means surrendering the beliefthat animals exist for us to exploit.
“Blessed are the merciful.” (Matt 5:7)
A vegan life…
is not just a diet.
It is alignment…
with the compassion of Christ.
9. Closing Affirmation
Now… place your hand on your heart.
And say this softly:
“I trust in the Lord’s will.I rest in His perfect timing.I walk in His compassion. What is meant for me… will come in Christ.”
10. Final Blessing
My dear brothers and sisters…
You are not behind.
You are not forgotten.
You are exactly where God is shaping you.
Miracles are already on their way.
Not because you force them…
But because…
you are learning to trust.
Go today…
with a soft heart…
and trusting eyes.
And may the peace of God…
flow through you…
and through all creation.
Amen.
