Summary: Wuhan Novel Coronavirus is probably a bioweapon generated by China. Judging from a number of academic articles published by The Wuhan Institute of Virology, China’s most advanced biological research lab dealing with the most deadly pathogens, it has by genetic engineering reversed the dampened but not defunct STING pathway in bats to make even them sick, in the process prospectively generating a highly resistant mutant super-virus. The Institute has also researched super mutant coronavirus strains that beat the innate immunity of certain bats, and which at present appear to be out in the wild (cf. Tyler Durden 2020) (1).
This month the Wuhan Institute's own scientific article admitted that Wuhan novel coronavirus originated from bats. And in 2019, it was reported that China's secret agents in connection with the Wuhan Institute stole viruses and products of biological research from top Canadian and American labs. The Institute may have genetically modified deadly viruses stolen from America and Canada to produce a superbug as a bioweapon, which, however, accidentally escaped from the lab and caused the current pandemic.
Further, according to Hong Kong bat expert Dr. Gary Ades, the possibility of bats transmitting coronavirus to humans is almost nil. But the envelope protein of Wuhan seafood market pneumonia virus (QHD43418.1) & that of Bat SARS-like coronavirus (AVP78033.1) are 100% identical, based on NCBI's BLAST. So the bat virus must have undergone genetic alteration either naturally or via genetic engineering. As it is almost impossible for envelope protein to remain intact after natural mutation, the only explanation left is artificial DNA modification, possibly by the Wuhan Institute of Virology (2).

Wuhan Institute of Virology=Real Umbrella Corp?
The Wuhan Institute of Virology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, esp. its National Biosafety Laboratory set up in 2018, does research with the most lethal pathogens. In particular, its Bat Virus Infection and Immunization Group, headed by Dr. Zhou Peng, researches how and why bats can be infected with some of the most horrendous viruses in the world including Ebola, SARS and Coronavirus, and not fall ill. Since 2007 the Institute has collected samples from thousands of bats across the country and done genetic experiments with them.
Wuhan Institute to Make even Bats Sick!
Mammals, including bats, have ways to identify and respond to bits of DNA, which might indicate an invasion of a disease-causing organism and would normally cause grossly damaging inflammation as it fight the viruses.. But bats is able to maintain a dampened interferon response, i.e., a “balanced state of ‘effective response’ but not ‘over response’ against viruses.”
The Wuhan Institute of Virology has been genetically engineering sundry immune pathways (like the STING pathway in bats) to render the bats more or less vulnerable to infection, in the process prospectively generating a highly resistant mutant super-virus. Below please find three examples.
The Wuhan Institute of Virology "demonstrated that bats have a dampened interferon response due to the replacement of the highly conserved serine residue (S358) in STING, an essential adaptor protein in multiple DNA sensing pathways. REVERSING this MUTATION by introducing S358 restored STING functionality, resulting in interferon activation" (Xie J, Zhou P et. al, 2018, "Dampened STING-Dependent Interferon Activation in Bats"). (Note: By reversing bats' gene responsible for a dampened interferon response to viral invasion, the Institute was trying to make even bats sick!) (3)
The Wuhan Institute of Virology "established a recombinant adenovirus system expressing the S protein from SL-CoV (rAd-Rp3-S) to investigate its immune characterization" (Yu-xuan Hou, Peng Zhou et. al, 2010, "Immunogenicity of the spike glycoprotein of Bat SARS-like coronavirus"). (Note: A recombinant adenovirus system here means a recombinant virus.) (4)
The Wuhan Institute of Virology also "constructed IFNAR2 knockout bat cell lines using CRISPR technology and further characterized gene expression profiles induced by the most abundant IFN-α (IFN-α3)" (Zhang Q, Zeng L-P, Zhou P, Irving AT, Li S, Shi Z-L, et al., 2017, "IFNAR2-dependent gene expression profile induced by IFN-α in Pteropus alecto bat cells and impact of IFNAR2 knockout on virus infection") (5) .
Note that CRISPR technology is a simple yet powerful tool for editing genomes. It allows researchers to easily alter DNA sequences and modify gene function.
Super mutant coronavirus strains
The Wuhan Institute has also researched super mutant coronavirus strains that surmont the innate immunity of certain bats, and which now appear to be out in nature.
For example, it "identified a novel coronavirus, provisionally designated Rousettus bat coronavirus GCCDC1 (Ro-BatCoV GCCDC1), in the rectal swab samples of Rousettus leschenaulti bats by using pan-coronavirus RT-PCR and next-generation sequencing" (Canping Huang et. al, 2016, "A Bat Derived Putative Cross Family Recombinant Coronavirus with a Reovirus Gene") (6).
Bat Virus Group Still Recruiting Research Fellows
As of 31 Jan 2020, the Bat Virus Infection and Immunization Group of the P4 Lab of the Wuhan Institute, as headed by Zhou Peng, was actively hiring inexperienced post-docs to help conduct his research into super-Coronaviruses and bat infections.
The Institute's Own Paper Admits Wuhan Novel Coronavirus' Bat Origin
The Wuhan Institute of Virology's own academic article admits that the Wuhan novel coronavirus nCoV-2019 is 96% identical at the whole genome level to a bat coronavirus (Peng Zhou et. al, 2020, "Discovery of a novel coronavirus associated with the recent pneumonia outbreak in humans and its potential bat origin") (7).
Dr. Peter Daszak, president of EcoHealth Alliance, who has been working in China for 15 years studying diseases that jump from animals to people, also said that the Wuhan novel coronavirus probably originated from the Chinese horseshoe bat (New York Times 2020-1-28).
